RTTSG Technologies LLP is looking for a skilled and motivated Jira Developer to join our growing team.
Position: Jira Developer
Location: Lahore, Pakistan – Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Jira workflows, screens, fields, dashboards, and projects.
Configure Jira to meet business and project management requirements.
Develop and maintain Jira automations and integrations.
Work with Jira APIs and third-party tools for system integration.
Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide technical support.
Manage Jira user access, permissions, schemes, and configurations.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements.
Maintain documentation for Jira configurations and customizations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Jira Administration/Development.
Strong understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, permissions, and configurations.
Experience with Jira REST API and integrations.
Knowledge of JavaScript, Groovy, or ScriptRunner will be an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Preferred
Experience with Jira Cloud / Jira Data Center.
Experience with Confluence and Atlassian ecosystem.
Experience in Jira automation and custom integrations.
Atlassian certifications will be a plus.
