Educational Requirement
· Bachelor’s in Computer Sciences (BSCS) – or similar field relevant to System level (16-Years) education.
Candidates with relevant certification in Microsoft SQL Server will be preferred
Relevant Experience:
· Minimum 2 Years
Skill Set:
- Installation of SQL Server on Windows and Linux.
- Experience in Database backups and restore.
- Able to create, authenticate and manage roles and privileges.
- Able to Import and Export data.
- Able to create and manage scheduler and jobs.
- Experience in Database performance tuning and optimization.
- Able to configure TDE and understand Encryption techniques.
- Experience in migration of On-premise to Azure and Azure to On-premise database.
- Knowledge of ETL and SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
- Able to use Monitoring solutions like Enterprise Manager, Solarwinds, etc.
- Setup and configuration of SQL Server High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server.
- Fluent in both English and Urdu.
- Good written and oral communications.
- Documentation skills (E-mail writing, Report writing, etc)
- Good time management skills
