𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Perform regular monthly backups for all user systems and servers, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-specific backup issues and perform data restores as needed.
- Install, configure, and update software on user systems in alignment with company standards.
- Diagnose and fix printer-related problems, including hardware faults, driver issues, and network connectivity.
- Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to minimize user downtime.
- Assist in setting up new user systems and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain security cameras and related infrastructure.
- Monitor surveillance systems to ensure proper functionality and reliability.

- Strong foundational knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
- Proficient with Windows and MS Office environments.
- Skilled in applying troubleshooting methodologies to resolve issues effectively.
- Demonstrates solid problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
