Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
-Support in preparing process flows, wireframes, and user stories
-Conduct fundamental data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, design) to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements
-Help in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation
-Participate in client meetings and support communication of business needs
-Monitor project progress and track deliverables
-Perform market and competitor research when required
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Basic understanding of business processes and systems
-Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
-Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, Jira, or similar (a plus)
-Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
