Junior IT Officer – US Medical Billing
Location: Gulberg, Jail Road, Lahore (On-Site)
Shift: Monday to Friday | 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (PKT)
Salary: Up to PKR 70,000
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
6 months to 1 year of hands-on IT Support experience in a BPO environment
Prior experience in US Medical Billing environments will be preferred
Basic understanding of Windows OS troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of networking and switches
Familiarity with networking concepts and connectivity issues
Exposure to VPN setup or remote access tools (preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day IT support for operational requirements
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Assist with system setup, user account management, and access control
Monitor system performance and support issue resolution
Coordinate with senior IT team members for timely escalation and resolution
Ensure compliance with data security standards and internal policies
