We're looking for a Junior Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing team! Our e-commerce business focuses on providing sugar-free products to support individuals with diabetes and those seeking healthier alternatives.
As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for managing our social media channels, running paid and organic ad campaigns, and working towards increasing website traffic and growing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our sugar-free products across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
- Run paid ad campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to drive traffic and conversions
- Manage organic marketing efforts to grow community engagement and brand awareness
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to align on content creation
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and best practices
- Analyze campaign performance data and optimize for better results
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a positive brand image
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing (preferably in e-commerce)
- Strong understanding of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads)
- Experience with organic social media strategies to grow brand visibility
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging visual and written content
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working in the health or food industry
- Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing
- Graphic design or video editing skills
