At WeScale Digital, we're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to produce engaging content for international brands and advertising campaigns.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts & Ads).
- Occasionally edit long-form YouTube videos.
- Add engaging hooks, captions, B-roll, sound effects, and transitions.
- Create supporting graphics and visuals using Canva.
- Collaborate with our creative and performance marketing teams.
✅ Requirements:
- CapCut & Canva proficiency is mandatory.
- Previous video editing experience or a strong portfolio.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and implement feedback.
