🎯 Role Requirements
✅ 1+ year experience in software/technical support
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills across Frontend, Backend, Database, APIs, AWS
✅ Hands-on experience with Zendesk (or similar ticketing systems)
✅ Familiarity with Jira (or similar tools)
✅ Ability to resolve complex technical issues across platforms
