Syntax Resources (HR Consulting & Training Firm) is looking for a motivated Laravel Developer for its reputed client from Software Industry looking at DHA Lahore to join their agile team of professionals.

Primary Tech Stack:
The candidate must already have hands-on experience with the following:
- Laravel (latest stable release)
- Laravel Horizon (job queues, queue workers, Redis)
- Laravel Reverb / WebSockets (real-time event handling, broadcasting)
- MySQL & PostgreSQL (schemas, migrations, indexing, query optimization)
- REST APIs (API versioning, auth, integrations)
- GitHub (branching, PRs, commit hygiene)
- ClickUp / Jira / Agile tools
- AI Usage: ChatGPT / Claude AI (code refactoring, testing support)
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Laravel backend architecture
- Build robust REST APIs for web and mobile teams
- Handle real-time features via Reverb/WebSockets
- Manage job queues and workers through Laravel Horizon
- Participate in solution design and project scoping
- Guide frontend and mobile teams on integration and backend logic
- Optimize database schemas and query performance
- Integrate with project workflows using GitHub and ClickUp
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Laravel development (production experience only)
- Grip on Laravel Queues and Laravel Horizon
- Experience with Laravel broadcasting (Pusher / Reverb / WebSockets)
- Can independently deliver a full backend API layer with proper documentation
- Understands software architecture, modular code, and DRY principles
- Familiar with managing deployment-ready GitHub workflows
- Demonstrates proactive communication and technical leadership
Job Type: Full Time (10AM- 06PM)
Salary Range: 130K-150K (Negotiable)
Work Location:
- Temporary office (1-2 months): DHA Phase 3, Y Block Commercial
- Permanent office (after move): DHA Phase 8, Broadway Commercial
Candidate must be comfortable working on-site full-time at both locations.
