🔹 Position Available:✔ Lead Full Stack Developer (Minimum 5 exp.) – 1 position
-Lead full stack development across frontend and backend systems.
-Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
-Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code using modern frameworks and technologies.
-Collaborate with design, product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless products.
- Oversee API design, integration, microservices, and database architecture.
-Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
-Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance and technical leadership.
-Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and improve system stability.
-Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making.
-Ensure the team follows agile development methodologies.
✔Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
-Strong expertise in frontend technologies: React.js / Vue.js / Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
-Strong expertise in backend technologies: Node.js / Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
-Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
-Hands-on experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
-Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
-Strong grasp of system design, security practices, and performance optimization.
-Experience leading engineering teams or managing development projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✔Preferred Skills
-Experience with serverless architecture.
- familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
-Understanding of DevOps pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
