Meddela is expanding its Islamabad team! We’re looking for a Lead IT & Application Engineer to manage our internal IT environment and support U.S.-based clients on a leading CCM platform.
What You’ll Do:
• Handle on-site IT, network, systems, and firewall troubleshooting
• Configure/maintain network devices, access points & security controls
• Support CCM templates, workflows & QA for U.S. healthcare clients
• Collaborate closely with U.S. teams during evening hours
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Networks
• Strong IT admin & troubleshooting experience
• Willingness to learn CCM platforms
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
