We are looking for a skilled Lead – Oracle Development to manage Oracle ERP technical operations, database optimization, application development, and system integrations.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Lead Oracle ERP technical support, SQL/PLSQL development, and database performance tuning.
• Manage Oracle APEX, HRMS, and related server infrastructure.
• Oversee technical enhancements across HRMS, Payroll, Time Management, and Industrial Relations modules.
• Maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards and backend queries.
• Coordinate third-party system integrations and resolve critical technical issues.
• Ensure system availability and business continuity through effective troubleshooting and support
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Oracle Development and ERP technical support.
• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and database performance optimization.
• Experience in application support, system integrations, and server administration.
