Position: Lead SEO Specialist

Noviq IT Solutions is looking for a technically strong SEO professional to take complete ownership of the SEO pipeline for retained B2B clients. This is a foundational role with significant autonomy and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end SEO for retained clients
Improve local search visibility and rankings in the Google Map Pack
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including site architecture, schema, and website speed
Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on generating qualified leads
Analyze website analytics and identify issues affecting traffic, rankings, and conversions
Stay updated with current search trends and Google algorithm changes
Track and demonstrate measurable improvements in rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation
Requirements
Strong technical SEO expertise with the ability to work independently
Up-to-date understanding of search engine optimization and Google updates
Ability to analyze website analytics and identify SEO and conversion issues
Proven experience improving search visibility and organic traffic
Portfolio demonstrating actual ranking and traffic improvements
Strong understanding of local SEO and Google Map Pack optimization
Work Model
The role follows a hybrid model, with in-person strategy meetings and sprints in Lahore and flexibility to work remotely for execution.
Candidates based in or near Johar Town, Lahore will be highly preferred.
