🔍 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨
Design and develop Agentic AI applications using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar
Architect and implement multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases
Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, internal tools, and external SaaS platforms
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 5–8 engineers across time zones
Optimize performance, memory, context handling, and cost efficiency
Build reusable pipelines for scalable GenAI solutions
Ensure security, privacy, and compliance in AI deployments
Collaborate directly with clients and senior stakeholders
🧠 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
7+ years of software engineering experience
2–3 years hands-on experience with LLM-based applications
Proven experience delivering Agentic AI systems (not just chatbots)
Strong command of:
LangChain, LangGraph, ReAct, Semantic Kernel
OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Llama
Vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, etc.)
RAG, prompt engineering, memory & context engineering
Python, Node.js, Serverless, AWS/GCP/Azure
Experience with voice agents (e.g., ElevenLabs, Vapi, LiveKit) is a plus
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
