We’re Hiring | Lead UI/UX Designer
LN Technologies is seeking an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead design initiatives, deliver user-centered solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create high-quality digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for mobile applications and web platforms
Translate business and user requirements into intuitive and effective user interfaces
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design standards
Lead and mentor the UI/UX team, providing guidance and design direction
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications and apps
Hands-on experience in leading a design team
Strong expertise in user interface design and usability principles
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong communication and leadership skills
A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and mobile app design work
