Key Responsibilities
- Own Technical On-boarding of new Sales reps and District Sales Managers.
- Develop robust Training plans for the affiliate in alignment with SAMETA training strategy
- Deliver High quality training for Sales and Non-Sales functions
- Develop/Design learning workshops from global available materials
- Adjust selling/detailing workshops to align with brand initiatives and strategy
- Build and sustain valued partnership with Sales Director(s)
- Partner with DSMs to coach sales force by uncovering strengths and areas of development (e.g., dual or triple field rides, observation and recommendations and conducting workshops)
- Accountable for affiliate Sales Force capability Action plan
- Analyze Sales Territory action plan, Coaching reports and call notes for the sales team.
- Lead IDP & medical exams (initial development program) for MEA Sales team
- Participate in district and national sales meetings in alignment with Senior Sales leaders
- Endorse and use new learning platforms (UMU)
- Conduct an implementation assessment following the implementation of a learning solution to evaluate, monitor, and improve processes used for future interventions
- Demonstrate knowledge of disease state, product portfolio, and therapeutic options, facilitate product and disease trainings with Medical and Marketing, conduct sales force exams in agreed interventions
