Key Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize AI datasets and data pipelines to maintain model quality and prevent data corruption.
Work closely with product managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Collaborate with engineers to improve AI/ML model development and iterative learning processes.
Document workflows and development processes to ensure transparency and human oversight.
Monitor AI model performance and contribute to continuous improvements.
Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and delays with cross-functional teams.
Apply AI, engineering, and robotics ethics throughout the development lifecycle.
Follow AI/ML best practices for model building, automation, neural networks, and iterative learning.
Requirements
✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master's in AI is a plus).
✅ 2+ years of engineering experience.
✅ Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Java, or experience with OpenAI technologies is a plus.
✅ Experience working with SaaS products is preferred.
✅ Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and handling large-scale training datasets.
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
✅ Ability to thrive in a collaborative, onsite team environment.
✅ Telecom or software industry experience is an advantage.
