Unicored Technologies is seeking an experienced Manager – Data Analysis & Reporting to lead our data analytics function and transform business data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities and expertise in business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting processes.
Automate reporting workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and reporting requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
Provide data-driven recommendations to support business planning and growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, including team leadership.
