The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Pakistan is looking for an experienced and hands-on Manager – IT & Systems to lead and strengthen our nationwide technology operations.
📍 Location: Head Office – Lahore
🌐 Coverage: Nationwide

✈️ Travel: As required across Pakistan
Key Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for:
• Managing nationwide IT operations and technical support across Head Office, café outlets, Production Kitchens and warehouses
• Ensuring stability and availability of POS, ERP and business-critical systems
• Managing networks, connectivity, servers, hardware, Wi-Fi, biometric devices and related IT infrastructure
• Strengthening cybersecurity, access controls, data protection and system governance
• Managing backups, disaster recovery and business continuity controls
• Maintaining IT asset inventory, lifecycle and procurement standards
• Managing software, ISP and technology vendors, SLAs, licenses and renewals
• Ensuring complete IT readiness for new café openings and business expansion
• Providing structured IT performance, risk and system reporting to Management
Candidate Profile
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field
💼 Preferably 7–10 years of progressive IT experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory/managerial role
Experience in a multi-site retail, QSR, hospitality, café, FMCG or distributed business environment will be strongly preferred.
