Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals
· Utilize Planswift for precise cost breakdowns
· Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints
· Maintain effective online communication with project teams
· Manage project costs and ensure competitive pricing
Requirements:
· 6+ months experience in MEP estimation
· Proficiency in Planswift or similar software
· Strong understanding of construction blueprints & MEP systems
· USA project experience is a plus
