We are seeking a proactive and collaborative MERN Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both the frontend and backend, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of robust and user-centric applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to implement intuitive interfaces.
Integrate APIs and work with third-party services.
Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience with version control (Git).
Familiarity with deployment tools and processes (e.g., Docker, AWS, or other cloud services).
Knowledge of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth).
Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
