We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack MERN Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications. You’ll work on both frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and scalability. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
Architect and implement RESTful APIs (or GraphQL) with Node.js & Express.js.
Build responsive, user-friendly UIs with React.js (hooks, Redux, Context API).
Design and optimize MongoDB databases (schemas, indexing, aggregation).
Ensure code quality with testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, Vercel).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, DevOps, QA).
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance bottlenecks.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience with the MERN stack.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, and modern frameworks.
Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or React Query).
Knowledge of authentication (JWT, OAuth) and security best practices.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
Strong understanding of Git, Agile methodologies, and Scrum.
Bonus: Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or serverless architectures.
