Job Description
We’re seeking a MERN Stack Developer who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Co-Founders to set the strategic direction of the company’s technology roadmap.
- Prioritize and build new features and functionality for company’s driver’s ed platform.
- In your first 6 months, you will optimize the scheduling platform, develop and test features that improve funnel conversion and build customer/instructor acquisition tools.
- Conceptualize and lead the development of a scalable Learning Management System and begin imagining what an integrated digital insurance brokerage could look like.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of company’s entire technology stack.
- Manage team goals, project timelines, and delivery dates while ensuring proper allocation of resources and budgets within the team.
- Implement processes designed to ship high-quality features on time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering.
- 2-5 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in front-end and back-end development.
- Experience with DevOps (AWS EC2, Cloudfront, S3, SSL Certs, GoDaddy DNS handling)
- Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs using Node js.
- Excellent debugging and optimization skills
- Unit/integration testing experience.
- Proven experience in front-end and back-end development.
