Required:
5+ years of strong experience in Front-end and Backend development
5+ years of strong hands-on development experience on MERN and NodeJS
5+ years of experience in NodeJS, frameworks e-g Express.
Strong Front End development experience with ReactJS and Redux
Deep understanding and development of APIs and formats (e.g. JSON, XML, Websockets)
Knowledge on implementing of localization & accessibility
Usage of tools related to code analyzers, layout inspector, performance view, memory view, multithreading, networking & security.
Practical working experience in Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies/environments.Well versed with tools like Jira.
Have leadership mindset and be able to communicate well with team members and stakeholders. Good to have an Entrepreneurial skills.
Should be proficient with DevOp life cycle and automation tools like Jenkins, Docker, Puppe, Apache Maven etc.
Desire to learn new technologies and wear multiple hats.
Willing to mentor/guide other team members.
Work in collaboration with onsite and remote PM, Lead, SMEs, Developers, UX/UI Engineer, DevOps and QA team members
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform analysis, design, development, and configuration functions (includes defining technical requirements) with a high degree of accuracy and speed, operating as an individual contributor to team goals.
Perform analysis, assessment and resolution for defects and incidents of advanced complexity and escalate appropriately.
Work independently to tackle well-scoped and loosely scoped problems.
Seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced employees.
