Job Description

Onism Solution is seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer as a Team Lead. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) technology stack.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, responsive web applications using the MERN stack.

Write clean and maintainable code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, coding, testing, and deployment.

Troubleshoot and debug issues, conduct thorough testing, and perform necessary code reviews.

Optimize application performance and ensure scalability by implementing efficient data management and caching techniques.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve the development process and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its libraries/frameworks (React.js, Node.js, Express.js).

Solid understanding of MongoDB and database design principles.

Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Material UI.

Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.

Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.

Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

 

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and serverless architecture.

Knowledge of GraphQL and related frameworks (e.g., Apollo).

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Understanding of software testing principles and experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
