Heliorix Inc is building an AI-native solar development and engineering platform, combining geospatial intelligence, engineering workflows, and AI into a single connected product.
We’re looking for a strong Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our engineering team in Islamabad.
This is NOT a frontend-only role. We’re looking for someone who can work across the complete stack:
👉 Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript
👉 Backend: Python, FastAPI, Node.js
👉 Database: PostgreSQL, Advanced SQL, query optimization
👉 Cloud: AWS, production deployments; troubleshooting
👉 DevOps: Git, GitHub, CI/CD, Docker
We’re particularly looking for someone who understands:
• Complex SQL, joins, CTEs ; window functions
• EXPLAIN / EXPLAIN ANALYZE and query optimization
• Indexing, transactions, concurrency ; database performance
• Large datasets and high-throughput workloads
• API performance, caching, pagination ; bulk operations
• Production debugging and end-to-end performance optimization
⭐ Strong plus: Experience with PostGIS, GIS, Mapbox, spatial databases, or large geospatial datasets.
🤖 Also a plus: Experience building AI/LLM applications using LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, agents, structured outputs, or tool calling.
We’re looking for an engineer who can independently own features across:
Frontend → API → Business Logic → Database → Cloud → Production
