Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand and follow the company’s code of conduct
2. Review and learn the Software Development training manual
3. Assist Junior Software Engineers in development tasks
4. Explore new tools and technologies during and after the training period
5. Collaborate with team members in programming and coding
6. Attend training sessions and presentations conducted by senior members
7. Actively contribute to software development and coding tasks
8. Assist in project estimations with senior engineers
9. Support deployment activities at client sites
10. Perform any additional tasks assigned by Team Lead / Project Manager
