Mobile App Lead
We’re not looking for someone to simply maintain four apps.
We’re looking for someone who can make them ready for breakout growth.
MyTeams is hiring a Mobile App Lead to own four React Native applications across customers, partners, admin and creators.
You’ll own:
• Architecture and release process across all four apps
• React Native, Expo and TypeScript standards
• App Store and Play Store submissions, staged rollouts and rollbacks
• Mobile API contracts with backend engineering
• Crash reporting, performance budgets and release health
• CI for typecheck, lint, builds and signed artifacts
• Offline behavior, push notifications, deep linking and background location
• Performance across real devices, including low-end Android
• Branching, versioning and release cadence
• Code reviews, technical direction and team growth
We’re looking for:
• 6–8 years of mobile engineering experience
• 2+ years leading a team or owning a codebase end-to-end
• Deep React Native, Expo and TypeScript experience
• Hands-on Apple and Google release experience
• Enough Swift/Kotlin knowledge to debug beyond the JavaScript layer
Marketplace, logistics or live-order product experience is a strong plus.
The goal is simple: build mobile apps that still feel fast and reliable when growth stops being gradual.
