Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys helping users and keeping IT operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Network Support Assistant with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team in our Head Office, Lahore.
💼 What You'll Do
🔹 Provide timely Helpdesk & End-User Support
🔹 Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, email, and basic network issues
🔹 Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software
🔹 Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization
🎯 What We're Looking For
✅ Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in IT or related field.
✅ 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Network Support
✅ Knowledge of Windows OS, SAP, Microsoft 365, LAN/WAN fundamentals, Wi-Fi, and basic networking
✅ Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
