🎯Job Title: Power BI Developer
📍Location: MACHS Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI. You will transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Perform data modeling, data transformation, and integration from multiple sources using Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Dataflows.
4. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy in reports and dashboards.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and report errors.
6. Monitor and improve performance of existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
7. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
8. Support end-users with report creation and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
2. 2 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M language).
3. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
4. Understanding of business intelligence concepts and data visualization best practices.
5. Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis efficiently.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
