We are looking for a high-caliber Power BI Developer / Data Analyst to join our team onsite at our office in G-10 Markaz, Islamabad.
This isn't just a dashboard-building role. You will be working directly alongside our leadership team, operating close to the P&L of a fast-paced last-mile logistics business. Your insights will directly impact delivery performance, courier productivity, and revenue health.
The Role & Impact
End-to-End Ownership: Design, develop, and maintain the entire BI lifecycle—from data ingestion and semantic modeling to executive-level reporting.
Core Focus Areas: Deep dive into complex operational data including courier productivity, COD cash float, collections, and client revenue health.
Modern Stack Architecture: Leverage next-gen enterprise tools to build a highly scalable data pipeline.
Technical Stack & Skills We Need
Core Requirements: Production-level Power BI + Microsoft Fabric experience is a strict must-have.
Data Modeling & Querying: DAX, Power Query M, SQL, PostgreSQL.
Advanced Analytics & Pipelines: Python, OneLake, Dataflows Gen1 / Gen2, Data Factory.
