Program Manager (Lahore | On-site | Full-time)
We’re looking for an execution-focused Program Manager to lead and support a team of Project Managers, remove bottlenecks, and ensure smooth program delivery across Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced SaaS environments and drives process improvement to increase delivery reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify blockers, map dependencies, and implement process improvements to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers; ensure performance reviews, clear standards, and consistent reporting.
- Oversee multiple programs, track KPIs, and ensure realistic milestones and timelines.
- Act as liaison between teams, resolve conflicts, and align roadmap priorities.
- Optimize workload allocation, reduce burnout, and identify skill gaps.
- Manage risk classification, escalation workflows, and corrective actions.
- Standardize workflows, improve estimation accuracy, and implement automation for efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- 5,10+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, or Technical Operations
- 3+ years managing Project Managers or delivery teams
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum
- Experience in SaaS or product-based environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience scaling delivery teams
- Background in technical program management
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and release governance
- PMP or similar certifications
