🔹 About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle — from planning and execution to delivery. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely completion of projects, and align outcomes with business goals. The ideal candidate is organized, technically sound, and passionate about delivering high-quality digital solutions.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage software development projects from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders and senior management.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams — developers, designers, and QA engineers.
Implement and manage Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient, iterative delivery.
Track progress using Jira, Trello, or MS Project, and report regularly to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Maintain documentation and ensure quality assurance standards are met.
Foster team growth, mentorship, and a collaborative work culture.
💡 Required Experience & Skills
4–7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in software or IT projects.
Strong command over Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficient in Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
In-depth understanding of SDLC and technical workflows.
Skilled in risk management, resource planning, and budgeting.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certification.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Familiarity with React.js, Node.js, or PostgreSQL.
Exposure to international clients or distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
