Project Manager – Road & Bridge Construction
📍 Location
Libya
(Candidates must be Pakistani nationals currently residing in Pakistan – relocation required) - GCC experience is mandatory
🧾 Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale road and bridge construction projects
• Manage projects end-to-end: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams
• Ensure strict compliance with QA/QC, HSE, legal, and industry standards
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and government authorities
• Provide strategic and operational support to senior management
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues
✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• 12+ years of experience in road & bridge construction projects
• Proven experience in:
• QA/QC and safety compliance
• Budget control and project planning
• Managing large, complex infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management tools
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
• Ability to work in challenging environments and travel within Libya
