Job Opportunity: Project Manager (Social Services)
Location: Karachi based
We are seeking a dynamic, committed, and results-driven Project Manager to lead and successfully execute social service and community development projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing projects that create meaningful social impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and implement social service projects from initiation to completion
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets
* Coordinate with stakeholders, donors, partners, community representatives, and vendors
* Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with agreed objectives
* Lead and motivate project teams, volunteers, and field staff
* Identify risks, resolve challenges, and ensure sustainable project outcomes
* Maintain proper documentation, MIS, and impact assessment records
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field
* Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing and executing social service / community development projects
* Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently as well as in team-oriented environments
* Familiarity with donor reporting and community engagement is an added advantage
