𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Strong Project Management skills with 𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 2 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, Python-based systems, APIs, databases, and server-side workflows
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to write user stories, PRDs, acceptance criteria and collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and business teams
