💼 You'll Be Responsible for:
- Manage projects from initial planning to completion.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Assign tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Identify project-related issues, take ownership, and ensure timely resolution independently.
- Communicate project updates to clients and internal stakeholders where required.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and team coordination.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Must have prior experience managing IT and web hosting-related projects
- Strong knowledge of domain registration and web hosting is a plus point.
- Understanding of VPS hosting and VPS clouding/cloud hosting is highly important.
- Familiarity with DNS, cPanel, SSL certificates, hosting services, and website deployment.
- Ability to understand hosting-related issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
⭐ It Would Be a Plus If You Have Experience working in a web hosting, domain registration, cloud hosting, or IT services company.
