We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team at Interactive Resource Centre, a civil society organisation specialising in art based development tools for the self empowerment of marginalised communities within Pakistan. Interactive Resource Centre is the parent company of Maati TV.
The Project Manager, will play a crucial role in leading and managing advocacy and awareness projects focused on human rights issues, with a particular emphasis on youth, women, and religious minorities.

Tasks:
Lead the execution of advocacy and awareness projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and partner organisations, to foster collaboration and leverage resources.
Prepare timely and comprehensive project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct periodic field visits to project sites to monitor implementation, identify issues, and provide guidance for corrective action.
Assist in the development of grant proposals with the IRC team.
