The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a keen understanding of web technologies, and a proven track record in sales or upselling services.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Manage the entire lifecycle of website projects, from conception to delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
Identify upselling opportunities and articulate additional service benefits to clients.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and progress reports.
Stay abreast of the latest web technologies and industry trends.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, preferably in a web development environment.
- Strong command of English language (Verbal & Written)
- Sales skills with a focus on upselling or cross-selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
