Job Description
Softtik is looking for a Project Manager (Gaming industry) with great interpersonal and communication skills.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will handle all the coordination from a technical standpoint.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to manage and track word force and their progress
- Must possess strong knowledge of new gaming trends.
- Blockchain Knowledge is a plus.
- Effectively get the work done while keeping the balanced work pressure
- Communicate back and forth with stakeholders and the team
- Be able to write and manage all the necessary documentations for projects
- Lead the team in progressive direction
- Track workflow and milestones
- Conduct and Lead team meeting
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Requirements:
- Good Positive Attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
- Experience with managing Game and Blockchain Projects is a strong plus
- Excellent command on tools such as Jira, ASANA
- Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Committed and Energetic.
- Great with communication.
- Looking for a long-term opportunity.
- Knows about how to manager resources.
- Should not have any questionable resignations in his CV.
- Have strong knowledge of software development lifecycle.
- Should be able to handle situations with resources and clients.
- Should be Motivated/Inspired about Gaming or Blockchain
- Know how to get the task done and deliver the projects actively.
- Also able to ensure resources activity and their work life balance.
- Should have great values and ethics to add into his professionalism.
- Should know how to manage change requests from clients on projects.
- Able to find innovative ways to find better ways to get work done quicker with quality.
- Able to provide couple of hours after 6pm for meetings and communication with clients.
- Able to keep good relation between Resource and making sure they are feeling good about their work while also making sure they are productive.
