Job Description
He will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects according to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. He’ll take full ownership of each project — from planning and execution to closure, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and internal stakeholders alike.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive Project Plans using MS Project/ Jira, including timelines, resource needs, and budgets.
- Establish project governance by defining roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and milestone achievement.
- Monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
- Communicate status, risks, and updates to stakeholders clearly and on time.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively address concerns or questions.
- Organize and lead essential project meetings: kick-offs, stand-ups, progress reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Continuously monitor and adapt risk management plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all deliverables align with quality standards and client requirements.
- Conduct quality reviews and ensure stakeholder approvals at key stages.
- Complete all project closure activities, including final documentation and lessons learned.
- Transition finalized deliverables to operational or client teams, where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
