Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Coordination:
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with both client expectations and company objectives.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments.
- Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Foster a team-oriented environment, ensuring that all members are motivated, engaged, and equipped to succeed.
- Client Management & Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates on project status.
- Manage client expectations, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Organize and facilitate regular meetings with clients to review project milestones, resolve issues, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Risk Management & Problem-Solving:
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project timelines or quality.
- Resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring projects stay on track and meet the highest standards of quality.
- Quality Assurance & Delivery:
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards of quality, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor project performance and conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously analyze and refine project management processes to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and project management methodologies.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects, preferably in digital or eCommerce environments.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with a clear focus on achieving results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving industry.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications (a plus, but not required).
