Job Description
The Project Manager will provide Operational Leadership skills in project execution & oversight ensuring timely completion, compliance with quality standards, and adherence to safety/security protocols. This role combines engineering expertise with strategic coordination, requiring a proactive leader capable of managing teams, stakeholders, and on-ground challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, technical teams, and Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) for seamless execution.
- Develop monthly project plans and oversee field activities across Tehsil-level sites in South Punjab.
- Prepare biweekly progress reports, including field visits, surveys, and security updates, for senior management.
- Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement solution-driven approaches to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Supervise security operations across project sites, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and infrastructure.
- Regularly update management on security situations and adjustments to work schedules.
Requirements:
- Retired/ Major/Lt Col from the Corps of Engineers (preferred for leadership/technical rigor).
- Proven experience in large-scale projects, preferably in infrastructure/utilities.
- Strong strategic planning, crisis management, and team supervision skills.
- Ability to frequently travel to project sites across South Punjab.
