🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor's or Master’s in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
✅ 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing EPC/solar power projects
✅ Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills
✅ Proven ability to deliver projects on-time and within budget
📌 Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Project Lifecycle Management
Oversee end-to-end execution of solar projects, from kickoff to final handover, including planning, procurement coordination, execution, and commissioning.
2️⃣ Net Metering & Regulatory Handling
Manage all net metering processes, documentation, and approvals in compliance with local regulations and DISCOs.
3️⃣ Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with bidding, procurement, design, and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy, timely material availability, and seamless handover to after-sales.
4️⃣ O&M Performance Oversight
Track and ensure consistent performance of completed projects under operation & maintenance (O&M) contracts, identifying areas for improvement and preventive action.
5️⃣ Client & Internal Reporting
Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and client updates, while ensuring issue resolution and stakeholder satisfaction throughout project execution.
