Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team to oversee and manage our merchandising projects from conception to completion. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our merchandising projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising projects from start to finish, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, creating project schedules and budgets, and ensuring that all project requirements are met.
- Coordinate project activities, including design, development, production, and installation of displays and merchandising elements.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that project goals align with their objectives.
- Manage project teams, including internal and external resources, to ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure that all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports, are complete and accurate.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to ensure that they are effective and efficient.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in merchandising, brand activation or FMCG retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and project teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and develop effective solutions.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, PPT, and Excel.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by project schedules.
