The Neo Solutions (TNS) is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong expertise in Database Testing, API Validation (Postman), and Manual QA.
Join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring that our enterprise and transactional systems deliver top-notch quality, performance, and reliability.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Design and execute detailed test plans, cases, and strategies.
✅ Perform backend validation and database testing using SQL.
✅ Conduct API testing with Postman, validating endpoints, tokens, and payloads.
✅ Collaborate with developers & analysts using Jira, Azure DevOps, or ClickUp.
✅ Prepare QA documentation, reports, and release notes.
✅ Support process improvements and contribute to QA best practices.
🧩 What We’re Looking For
🎓 Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
💼 4–6 years of hands-on QA experience (Web, Mobile, and APIs).
💡 Solid command of SQL and API validation.
🧾 Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum.
🗂 Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
🌟 Nice to Have
⭐ Experience in financial or transactional systems.
⭐ Familiarity with automation (Selenium, Cypress) and performance/security tools like JMeter, BurpSuite, OWASP ZAP.
⭐ Knowledge of Swagger or other API documentation tools.
