Khansa Saeed 5 is seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our growing team for our ERP-based SaaS platform. The system includes modules such as Finance, Real Estate, Procurement, and Sales/Purchase, and supports multi-language and multi-payment integrations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality through systematic testing, validation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ERP web modules.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Validate multi-language and multi-currency compatibility across modules.
Test financial workflows, including journal entries, invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation.
Verify real estate workflows such as property listings, lease management, and installment tracking.
Test procurement and sales/purchase modules including requisitions, vendor management, and inventory flow.
Conduct API testing for SaaS integrations (payment gateways, notifications, and third-party tools).
Utilize automation tools where applicable (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
Log and track defects and performance issues using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to ensure quality standards.
Maintain documentation of test results, defect reports, and release notes.
Participate in release validation and production sanity checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in manual and/or automation testing for web-based ERP or SaaS applications.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
Hands-on experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, or similar).
Familiarity with database testing (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and API testing (Postman/Swagger).
Basic knowledge of automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) is a plus.
Experience testing financial and transactional modules with multi-payment integrations.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in agile development environments.
