Kerlo Research is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications, including testing new modules, resolving bug fixes, and supporting ongoing enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new modules, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the application meets defined standards.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs using issue-tracking tools.
- Implement and maintain QA best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Coordinate and support UAT activities to validate business requirements and user expectations.
- Provide detailed test reports, including test results, defect analysis, and quality metrics.
- Document QA processes, test cases, and test outcomes for reference and compliance.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in software development.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in using test management tools and bug tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages for database and API testing is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools is a plus.
