Job Description
Madsgency is looking for Project Manager. This role requires a unique combination of project management skills and a keen eye for quality assurance in video production.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce quality standards Layouts for video editing according to the social media requirement.
- Collaborate, Communicate and Track project progress, updates to the Team Lead.
- Conduct thorough reviews of edited video content to ensure it meets specified criteria and brand guidelines.
- Perform final quality checks before project delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with editors to provide constructive feedback and implement improvements.
- Evaluate and recommend creative ideas or technologies that can improve the video editing process or quality.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Team Lead, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns.
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Media Science, Mass Communication or any other related field.
- Prior Internship experience required or Fresh profiles are encouraged to apply.
- Should have understanding of video editing processes, technologies and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Should have experience with trend analysis.
- Exceptional communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Clickup Management.
