✨ Design & implement QA processes
✨ Monitor inbound/outbound calls for compliance
✨ Deliver feedback & coaching to enhance agent performance
✨ Analyze QA data and report actionable insights
✨ Collaborate cross-functionally to address quality issues
✅ Requirements:
📌 Prior experience in call center QA or management
📌 Strong command of QA tools/software
📌 Understanding of BPO operations & service standards
